What is the required booking deposit?
A full payment is required to secure all bookings.
Can I get a refund for a cancelled session?
- Sessions are fully refundable if cancelled up to 72 hours before the session.

Is instant booking allowed ?
Yes ! As long there is a slot avaliable you can book the studio at any time.
After making full payment you will be able to gain access at anytime.
Is there a photographer on site?
No a photographer is not included with the hire of the studio.
However, we have photographers that we work with that we can recommend. If you require a photographer please send us an email or DM us on Instagram.
Can I bring a friend with me ?
Yes you can bring a friend with you, up to 8 people are allowed in the studio per booking.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required to secure all bookings.
Sessions are fully refundable if cancelled up to 72 hours before the session.
Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
Date & time can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the session.
The full address and building access details will be emailed on booking confirmation so please make sure you put the correct email when booking.
Studio Policy
Strictly no food and drink allowed in the studio.
When leaving please tidy up any mess and return the studio to how you found it.
Clients are responsible for any damages and should respect the studio space.
Handle and move objects and furniture with care and return back to how you saw it.
Dispose your rubbish in designated bin.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Refunds are not offered, but sessions can be rescheduled to available dates.
Rescheduling can be done up to 48 hours before the original booking.
Damages
Report damages promptly. You may incur charges for repairs or replacements.
